The return of goods is subject to a 25% restocking charge and will have to be returned to Maple Shield Uniforms within 10 days of the reception of the goods. Only the cases of incorrect delivery or manufacturer defective goods can be returned. A return authorization from customer service must be obtained. The customer must supply the invoice or packing slip number. The reason for the return as well as the number of items being returned. Any garment washed, printed, dyed or altered will not be covered by our guarantee.
